Otherwise, seems to be about clubbing in London. Candybox is an indie club night in soho with cheap drinks ("queuing up for something under priced"). Seems to either be an indictment of the club scene or just a commentary on how it works - buy the hipsters in Cons drinks and they'll probably come home with you.
Not sure what the live by the sword/die by the knife line means. I could come up with some really emo readings of it, but they wouldn't fit with the song, though this is one of the Shoes' more introspective songs.
