i think its about drugs
a couple are addicted and the girl is dying from it and hes telling her to have another smoke (lite up) as if theres nothing wrong because he knows that she really cant do anything but have another smoke and she doesnt have a choice about it even though they both knoe its gonna kill her. and that knowledge is killing him but he has to be strong for her. soadnot i dissagree with you that its her holding him cos it says that SHE cant raise her voice and have heart my dear etc.
