Actually Danzig said in a interveiw that this song was his version of the blues.That it's about "wolfin" around a woman and wanting to be with her.
If you listen to older blues(Howlin' wolf,Muddy Waters,ect) you'll notice metaphors like this are used quite often.
I think people try to look for demented meanings in Danzig's music.And if you just listened to the words without looking for some B horror movie like plot you'd be better off with songs like this.
