I can't believe no one's commented this song yet!! It so rocks!! anyways... the meaning is pretty clear. We're living in a terrible world but most people are hoping that it will get better. And everyone's hoping they'll meet an angel to help them, and you never know who's an angel and stuff... sorry, I'm not real good at explaining myself.
