i think its a sucide note
its adressed much like a letter and he claims he'll be dead by the end of it
the reason for this sucide note is the post realtionship problems hes been having
just the site of the shirt his lover bought him makes him weak and in pain
he'll masterbate to damn near anything left of his former girlfriend even something as innocent as a birthday party although he feels guilty
but w.e that girl made him feel

@xXboyofpaperskinXx I think you pretty much nailed it except the girl didn't make him feel like she was all he had, I mean, that's his problem. and this is coming from a guy who get's really attached, and after my first serious girlfriend at 17 broke up with me, I thought I'd never date again. Which, based on my 20 years of experience with relationships since then, probably wouldn't have been such a bad outcome for me.
