People as Places as People Lyrics

I think this song is Isaac Brock's confrontation of his restlessness. As he's expressed in many of his past lyrics, Isaac is always on the go, a new destination, a new place (gotta gotta gotta move, where do you move when what you're moving from is yourself?). This song seems like a new step in that process. Isaac seems a bit more content with himself here, and he realizes that he was searching for himself and not for something outside in all the new places and new people. He then makes it into a universal by saying we are the places we want to go. There is also a hint of a romantic in him when he you are the places I wanted to go. So I think it can be taken on that level as well.
