I disagree, I think it's about not having prejudice and judging people before knowing them - "break down the walls" referring to treat people well until you know their true attitude, their blood rather than their surface, or face value.
We can't judge people, in terms of 'bad' or 'good' but we CAN judge their attitudes, and try and change that.
