the lyrics are pretty obvious i think, i think its about the meaning of life, but not a general meaning but a personal reason to live. that things we do are not in vain, we have to get through severe hard times but in the end it will all be worthwhile.
to me its a kind of religious song. or at least believing in something or someone.
