Yea, i think its about hopes to. I think that its this guy, who hopes this girl likes him, and that he thinks she kind of likes him too because of a certain event taht kind of triggered thos feelings. I think that "There's a hope,

is saying taht he believes there's a chance even though it seems impossible. and
"There's a chance,

the sky falling represents the possibility that they could be together. The sky can't fall and it seems impossible for him getting with the girl, but he still believes that there's still a cahnce that the sky could fall or that he could get with the girl.
