Serrated means "like teeth of saw: edged with notches or with projections resembling the teeth of a saw" so if its a "Serrated Grin" than that means "evil grin" or something like that [if you get what im saying]. as for the latin..."evil" again =). listen to the song again and you'll get exactly what I mean and th whole song will make sense.
