First off this song is awesome! the bass in this song is nasty. But what i think what they're talking about is, someone who likes to be alone and wants nothing to do with others, but they still try. "Live to Live, to die inside you will, Anticipate Solitude" this person is living just because he was born, no purpose in the world but theyre dead on the inside so they will experience being alone. "You'll always be alone, your body stripped down to the bone" Your always going to be alone because you want nothing to do with the world and day by day they're dying they dont care. But thats what i think this song means maybe you have a different opinion
