Basically, it speaks of our search for love, getting caught up in our emotions in a relationship (in this case, probably talking about singers relationship with God). Is what we are feeling love, or is just an emotional high? Are the feelings expressed to us love, or is it false security? But true love is unconditional. Try love is the type that Christ showed for us, to die for us, even though we were His enemies. When we are at are worst, He still saved us. This is love.
