not really sure how to describe the meaning of it, but he talks about not wanting any more marketing/ads everywhere, just wants a normal society rather than an obnoxious economy. no more businessmen and hippocritic salesmen is what he seems to want.
he talks about wanting to be free from all these things as well as fighting and rioting, just wanting peace.
