I think the pink's intentional. There's this weird sense I get from the color pink. That superficially it has this image of pansiness and whatever, but deep in the brightness it's a violent color. It's also the color of Mozart's frizzy hair in the movie 'Amadeus,' so I'm guessing that's intentional on Beck's part.
