Technically it's not the only Christmas song from CM/Decemberists. The latter actually did a cover of John Denver's "Please Daddy (Don't Get Drunk This Christmas)". Technically it's a Christmas song, and I happen to like it very much. While CM doesn't exactly have a "country voice", so-to-speak, it is funny to hear him howl the high notes in a very drunken fashion :-P
