I think this song is about him reaching a point in his life where he has to really look inside himself and see what he's become. I think he kinda realizes that his life has been a lie, so now he has to deal with the process of figuring out who he really is.
I think the lines, "this is the story of my life, these are the lies I have created," sound like he is confessing all the lies to someone, whether it's himself, the people around him, or to God. (Some parts of this song seem a little religious to me.. If this part is intended to be as a confession to God, it seems like after realizing the lie his life is he is putting it all on the table and being judged maybe?) The repeated line, "And I swear to God I'll have found myself in the end," is a desperate promise (to himself, I think) that even after how fake his life has been to this point, he will figure out who he really is.
