This is rock n roll poetry at is finest, as good as Dylan, full stop. I love the "nightmarish side of the bed" lyrics, I get a really vivid image of the fear manifesting itself physically all around the girl as they both sleep next to each other. And I like the image of the burners throwing heat, and rhyming "thoughts" with "pots". There's just some really sophisticated and unusual turns of phrase in Marah's lyrics, its one of the reasons why I love them.
