I don't know where Cam-win is coming from: there's a beat throughout the track, and a bass line at the end...it's CLEARLY a song. Just as every word in a book has a place being there, every song on an album has a place. I think this song, in quoting mental hospital patients, and ending with the most important question to ask oneself in life, is an EXTREMELY profound way to end a remarkably dark and raw album. Awesomely chilling sonic montage and great last track.
Also, I totally agree with several people's comments making comparisons to Tool's music, and especially "lost keys (blame hoffman)" though I think this track even more resembles the track right after that one on 10,000 days, "Rosetta Stoned."
