This song kind of disturbed me the first time I heard it; especially the dog part. I think basically the song is about thinking of how you'll be remembered when you die. It's also got obvious ties to both Chop, Chop, Chop and Roses on White Lace. In CCC he repeatedly screams Gail at the end of the song while in RoWL there is the following line: "With your heart and your mouth open wide" which is linked to the knife the her chest in this song. I could probably go more in depth but I'll let other people try to figure out the meaning.
