I think the song is about a girl who is very good at manipulating people. She is fake and the only reason why people still hang out with her is the fact that she keeps keeping them around with promises.
So they said: Boys and girls, beware.
But why wouldn't the people beware? Because she has hands like a Gods' (in my opinion, I would say 'hands' means something else... something else that boys like, and girls envy).
So, that's why they keep saying "beware" to both boys and girls, but to mostly boys... so they better.
