this song has great meaning to me, actually. from my point of viewcaughexpierencecaugh its a friendship gone horriably out of control. instead of always being there for each other you make each other into your personal crumbling wall. you see, theres one person who has started this whole life of self destruction and the other is always on the other end of the phone shouting advice that she neglects to hear. because the 'advice giver' has allready been down this road/still on this road and knows what to do. either way, the 'self destructor' isnt listening. just living like no one else will find out and no one else cares. this goes on for a while, untill the 'advice giver' becomes the crumbling wall. the 'self destuctor' has taken the 'advice giver' down with them. and eventually theres no more wall to hide behind. -- update-- two years later and they are no longer best friends because the 'advice giver' has been to rehad twice, and the 'self destructor' cleaned up on her own.
