I think this song is about a girl he know's or used to be friends/going out with and now a lot has changed and she's working on the streets as a prostitute:
"Adalae, everybody knows you're working hard
Adalae, you see the sunset on the boulevard"
"So arch your back girl cause you're always on display,
And you know you're only worth what you get paid"
But she's keeping her head held high and pretending everything's ok, even though those who care about her can easily see how messed up her life is:
"Adalae, you're only social on the stimulants
It's ok cause everybody knows your circumstance"
"You've got it all but still you wear a disguise"
And then he's just trying to get it across to her, that she doesn't have to do this:
"Whatever you do, don't you apologize,
Nobody can buy your love"
