The last part can be seen from both sides: she is telling him that what she is doing is completely for him and that he doesn't need to worry about her because she loves him. Meanwhile he is lying to her, saying that everything is for her while he feels no love for her.
The final two lines can be taken both ways depending on the emphasis. "Just give in to it, never think again: I feel for you," comes from her side, telling him to give into what they have because she loves him. "Just give in to it. Never think again I feel for you," comes from his side, telling her to give into death/his manipulation, but that she should never have believed that he loved her.
Whichever is true (the necrophiliac version or this) Tuomas is just a little bit disturbed. Still an awesome song, though....
