I think it could be about religious fundamentalism/fanaticism. It's not like COF though to make songs which so heavily relate to current situations. I always thought they eschewed political musings (or dropped them more subtley into songs) in favour of doing fantastical songs.

Does anyone know what is said in the deep spoken voice, in the part after "the eastern sword must fall." I think it is: "The cowardly, the unbelieving, the violent, the murderers, the ideologists and all liars. There place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulphur"

yes you pretty much got it right. it is a quote from revelations in the bible. after everything has been destroyed the believers get to go to the millenium kingdom(exscuse any mispells) and eventually heaven while Satan, antichrist, false prophet, and the "bad people" burn day and night in a fiery lake of burning sulphur forever. i love how dani can take something from the bible and put it so perfectly into his art.
