personally, i think that this song is about celebrity culture, how wer have to know everything that goes on in their lives, all the misfortunes and happiness.
"and it's a shame that shit goes wrong, but it happens to the rest of us" i think that that part is sort of about how we live lives tlike celebrities, but we don't tell the world all of our secrets and shit.
