Stretching the idea a little further, It’s almost as if they are say, “We are a re ability to survive the bad times.” It’s been said that life is mostly about the bad times, and those little spots of joy between them are what let us survive the rough spots. So if, “how we survive is what makes us who we are” then are we not joy?
