This song is about a couple of things. First, it's a commentary on the media- in England, most of the news we get about America is bad stuff- it seems like that's all that ever happens. What with 9/11 (loath as I am to bring it up) terrorism,hurricane katrina and so on, it seems like all we ever see in the news is America.
