I agree with the whole "album starts with Bangkok" theory. I hadn't thought about it before I read it here, but after listening to it in that order several times, it seems almost undeniable to me. The big question isn't whether or not the album starts with "Bankok", it's why does the album not start with track 1?
I think it has to do with the fact that Welcome to Bangkok is 7 (God) and ends on 6 (the Devil). It also leads to a cyclical album. If the album begins and ends in the middle of the cd, it never really ends. Sort of like the battle between God and the Devil. The fact that the album (and the struggle) never end is actually suggested in "Untitled" ("This never ends").
