Dont remember what filosofer who have wrote about it but I think this is about people who live in societys can´t be free. From the beginning we lost our clean and innocent minds, they are filled with our parents/societys beliefs and ideals, we cant think free and undisturbed when we are learnt to think in one way.
If you have seen "a beuftiful mind", Nash has kind of the same belif. He thinks attending lessons would be to lose his gift to see things clearly. Its harder to find something revolutionery when you adapt other persons thoughts and ideas.
