My guess is that because so many of the people who like this song liked it right up until the last minute, Chino hit his mark. I'll admit, I found it extremely jarring and even a little shocking (even after seeing - and loving - The Aristocrats) when listening to it, but I think that was what Chino was going for. It was to shock the listener. Maybe it's some form of criticism against those who claim to be Christians (or any religion) yet don't live like it at all. Maybe it's about hypocrisy. Who knows? All I know is that I liked the effectiveness this song has. And to those of you in the UK who were offended by this... grow up. I'm sure it wasn't meant to be taken seriously. As for the title... have Deftones/Team Sleep titles ever really meant anything, for the most part?
