The way i took the song (while watching the video) was (There's nothing to do here, some just whine and compliain = two boys living on a farm with nothing to do with themselves.) (nurses are fussing = mothers complaining the two boys being too rowdy) (Doctors on tour = fathers not home, maybe for work reasons or going to the bar.) In the video it shows that the one of the boys' had a crush on a girl, only to find his best friend kissing her, and the betrayed friend angrily walks away, and flashes forward to the...
