First of all, the intro fucking sucks..
I belive this song is about someone being very "nice", ("The angel with perfect wings","And I shall count thee among my favourite sheep,and you will have the protection of all the angels in heaven"), someone having everything served on a silver plate.
And this makes our guys mad, since this "angel" refuses to see him, since he's "lower" or something..
He still feels an obsession (love?) for this "perfect angel",being rejected or just invisible he stalks "the angel", sickening himself "..A sick,frail man, scared to look at his shadow".
