This song is about a guy who finds a girl really attractive and wants to hook-up with her. She on the other hand, has really strong feelings for him, but isn't willing to hook-up since her feelings aren't returned.
The guy fantasizes about her and imagines that they're together physically. I think he even hooks up with another girl, who he considers just a tool to partially his ultimate fantasy if being with the one girl, because he's pretending he's with the one girl.
