Most definitely, as Js1 says, this song is about perception (perhaps also deception), point of view, the realization of this faulty perception, and finally seeing the truth. breaking the window=breaking the facade that hides the truth, because we all only see what we're looking through (aka our own perspective) but if we break out of that for a minute we may find we weren't seeing clearly.
