I know im on the way late train with this one but I just heard it and I totally love it. I agree with Artemisa - Kind-of. I think he is talking to himself. He is suffering from addiction. He sees nothing in his eyes but yet he knows he can find the fire in them if only his addicted self could sacrifice itself. The more aware he becomes of his addiction the less he likes himself. Is it over in my head means he doesnt know which will win.and let him have whats left. I know nothing of your kind - means he is in denial.
