"Jhva Elohim Meth" means "God is dead". It's a quote from Friedrich Nietzsche in his famous aphorism "Der tolle Mensch". It's quite difficult to explain, as I don't speak English mother tongue, but I'll try.
Nietzsche there tells about the death of God as a threatening event.
All men killed him together, so everyone's a murderer and there is nothing left in this scenario. They all are falling away from sunlight into nothingness, not knowing where upside or downside is, and there is nothing coming up but night and more night. Coldness, emptiness, darkness.
This brings up some interesting points of view on how to interprete the lyrics. They are not as simple as many people may think. I still don't have made up my own mind about it yet :)...
