i am in love with this song. im sure any girl could relate this song to a past relationship. pretty much the guy hasnt given her closure or is leading her on though hes pulling that "just wanna be friends" bs. she's frustrated cause she still has feelings for the asshole and "cant figure out what's on his mind" or whether he has a hidden agenda. but in the end, she realizes that it's not worth her time. he's not worth a penny. and she decides to move on
