i think this song is about a guy who is at a party, probably drunk, and meets up with an ex or something, who is also drunk, and they begin to flirt and dance together. but he starts to sober up after a while and realises that what he is doing... and obviously doesnt want her to be happy, infact he wants the opposite "I dont wanna fuck you. I dont wanna touch. I just want to fill you with regret" but he says that he has said it all before and that it's pointless, like he gives up on trying to make her regret what she did, and keeps dancing with her...
