i think this song is about people who lie about bad thigns happening to them so that people pity them. i know a lot of girls like that. its sick b/c the things that they lie about actually happen to people (rape, being deathly sick, abusive boyfriends) and shouldn't be taken lightly. you can't milk attention from things liek that. its disgusting.
