Well I always assumed this was an anti-drug song...but you bring up a good point with STDs. But then I fiigured the two go hand in hand. Both things maybe...getting STDs because of sharing needles and/or unprotected sex due to bad decisions while under the influence. And yes I agree...Ram it up your poop-chute is the best line ever. I think hes referring to getting high using a suppository there.
