I'm not a very good interpreter, but I guess he and this girl had it good before, but that this is a later time, and he's thinking of how good things were. And I guess she really hurt him without realizing and it damaged him permanetly and she can't change that. He also asks if what she did was his fault or whatnot. In the end he will survive.
Haha I know I'm probably way off but hey Ra needs some recognition for every one of their songs. Ra is NOT one of those bands with only 2 good songs on every album.
