i think that he's trying to say something about how pain can affect everyone and can effect diffrent people in differnt ways.
What's it called when your married...... means a lot to me because it's sort of like a pain that everyone can ecperiance but not know how someone telling them about theur pain of it actually feels like.
It's a bit like you know how to stay safe but sometimes you don't want to be safe too as sometimes having some pain can be good for you.
