i think that i needed to actually read this in order to understand it. i think she's talking about (possibly) a boyfriend that she broke up with. and he seems to think that she feels bad that she broke up with him and he's got a chip on his shoulder and he thinks that she might regret her actions but she's saying that she doesn't. i've met people like that. people who think that they are better than everybody else...
