So basically he kills her, and the "your so cold and blue now I must forget you", is after he killed her hes holding her and doesn't really feel a thing about it

She fell in love with him but he didn't want it to happen so he's kind of apologizing fo her falling in love with him in the first place.
Then he locks her away and hides her so he doesn't get caught and go to jail
