I think that the radio_friendly version is better... "Fuck me" line takes away all the emotion of the song. When you say "Have me" it's more emotional, and it implies so much more, than just plain "Fuck me"...

The problem is that the "have me" version is too.. kind. "Fuck me" makes it clear that the guy's attraction to the second woman is based on desire and lust; with "have me" it sounds like it is possible she is actually 'the one' for him. With "have me" the man can be the good guy in the story; "fuck me" carries most of the intent of the song.
