well the title may be that they are gonna go through a rough time for their relationship before things settle down... there are alot of factors. "Dad's got the bottle, drinks his pain away. Half empty bottle, the pain is here to stay." somthing probably happened 2 his mom and so his whole family is in turmoil...so it's gonna be hell, but it will eventually calm down.
