if you really think about it, "words born as bastards" is the only part you need. batards are fatherless men. so if the words are fatherless, they have no root to them, no meaning. so he's basically saying thats something is creating chaos for no reason and we dont know what to do or if we've done something to create the chaos. its probably has to deal with xcrazycorex's belief, from the society and how the media can twist it and how we need to think of a solution quick before time runs out and there is no hope and complete chaos destroys the world.
