This is my favorite song on the album.okay i think I have a good idea on this song when he says "You traced all my steps" I think that means that there was someone who tried to find God but couldn't.then when he says "I am everywhere,everywhere,I am all you need to know"I think he's saying what God would say to this one dude meaning no matter where you go I am with you.
"will start in the streets and end in my veins" I'm pretty sure it means that you can look all you want in the streets and anywhere else but Gods blood is always running in your veins and yours is always running in his "correct me if I stated that wrong"
so basically this song is about someone trying to find God but can't and then God is telling him or her that He is always with you even though you can't see him.You just have to trust the unsceen.:)
