The discussion in the thread with the German lyrics seems to have established that "Schwulah" is what the official lyrics say. That just seems a bit odd to me :)
Oh, and I hope that the wordplay of "man against man" doesn't escape the English-speaking audience, as cheeza4u already pointed out.
