There's a story in this song. Our speaker (a very thoughtful one, from the looks of "when I have watched the universe") lives a "perfect" life, one where she cannot "watch the arrows fly so aimlessly." They also have a person near and dear to them, but can only keep them around "with remembering."

A turning point comes with the lines "every one has moments like these." The instrumentation takes a different turn. A male voice starts to join in with "What can I say to you when there's nothing to say?" and ends at "it will be fine." Then a short, beautiful instrumental with piano~

We then go back to the more laid-back tune as before, but our speaker has changed for the better: "I’ll put it all away today, to watch the arrows fly so aimlessly." Finally, they've loosened up! =D
